Valuables and Personal Items:
Before our team arrives for the mobile car wash or home cleaning service, please remove all valuables and personal items from both your vehicle and home areas to be cleaned.
Valuables include but are not limited to cash, jewellery, glasses, electronic devices, important documents, and any items of sentimental value.
Company Liability for Mobile Services:
Mowash Pty Ltd shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left inside the vehicle during the car wash service.
For home cleaning services, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items unless directly resulting from negligence on the part of our team members.
Notification of Valuables:
If any valuables are inadvertently left inside the vehicle or home area, please inform our team members before the start of the service.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that Mowash Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to these items.
Interior Items in Vehicles:
For car wash services, special attention should be given to items within the vehicle's interior, including the glove compartment, center console, and storage pockets.
Ensure that no items are left on the seats, dashboard, or any other visible areas.
Confidential Items at Home:
If your home contains any confidential or sensitive materials, please secure them appropriately before the home cleaning service.
Assistance from Team Members:
Our team members will be happy to assist you in moving any items from your vehicle or home to a secure location on your property before the service begins.
Communication:
If you have any specific concerns or instructions regarding valuables or specific items in your vehicle or home, please communicate them to our team members at the time of service.
Verification of Home Services:
For home cleaning services, our team members may request verification of the service area and may ask for assistance in locating areas to be cleaned.
